Ms. Monska's journey into law was inspired by her undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University, where she graduated cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Spanish.
Driven by a profound desire to make a meaningful impact, Ms. Monska pursued her legal education at Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Her academic excellence was recognized with the prestigious Runge/Howard Endowed Presidential Scholarship. Additionally, Ms. Monska graduated with the Pro Bono Honors Award, reflecting her significant commitment to providing services to those in need.
Ms. Monska's dedication to advocacy was evident through her exceptional performance in competitive legal settings. She excelled in advocacy competitions, as she competed in the finals of both the Board of Barristers' First Year Mock Trial and Advanced Negotiations competitions. In her third year Ms. Monska served on the Board of Barristers as Director of Competitors. Her advocacy skills were further sharpened through national moot court and mock trial competitions, including the ABA Arbitration Competition and the Billings, Exum & Frye Moot Court Team.
